The primary logo is built around a bespoke typeface inspired by the building’s distinctive curves, translating its architectural character into a contemporary wordmark. The secondary logo combines the Spinaker wordmark with hand-drawn icons inspired by the building’s original floor plans and architectural drawings. This expressive composition adds personality and warmth, celebrating the playful details that make the place unique.
The material palette is inspired by modernist design and the textures and timeless simplicity of coastal living. Travertine and limestone bring a natural, tactile foundation, reflecting the warmth and character of coastal landscapes. Aluminium and smoked glass introduce a contemporary edge, adding refinement and lightness to the palette. Natural linen and walnut wood bring softness and warmth, creating a balance between organic textures and modern details.
